This
menu choice is frequently used to edit the data you enter in your document.
If you make a mistake, you can use this menu to correct the problem. The
Edit Menu is similar to other Microsoft applications like Word, Excel. When
you click on it, you will get a drop down list that looks like the one below

Edit
Menu lets you change the data in your document. These are the options for
the Edit Menu
Undo
Property Change
Lets you
undo your last changes. If you make a mistake while editing a document,
simply choose this option which will revert back to the original
information. Lets say you inserted an image in the document and then changed
your mind. Selecting Undo Property Change and will remove the image.
Redo
Redo is the
opposite of Undo Property Change. If you removed something and decide
"Well I really would like to keep that", simply select Redo under
the Edit Menu which will bring the text back.
Cut
This lets
you cut a section from the document onto the clipboard. If you wanted to
move bunch of lines from one web page to another, this is the option to use.
Remember this will remove the original text.
Copy

This lets
you copy a section of the document on the clipboard. Lets say there is some
text that you want to copy in a lot of different places without typing it
again. This is the option that will let you do just that. This option also
leaves the original text alone.
Paste

This lets
you insert the contents of the clipboard to the desired location
Paste
as HTML
This lets
you insert the contents of the clipboard to the desired location and makes
sure that the contents are converted to HTML format
Delete
This
option lets you select text or objects and remove them from the document
Select
All
This lets
you select all the contents of the current document. Ctrl+A is the short cut
key for this
Find
and Replace
This is
a very useful feature if you have to change a piece of text to something
else in a lot of places. Lets say you were storing all your images in the
default folder. Later you realize a new folder "images" would be a
better place for it. Rather than finding every single image in the document,
you can simply use this feature. The example below shows replacing the word
"form" with "forms"

Apply
Theme and Layout
If you
decide it is time for your boring website to have some lively feel, this
option is the key. It will update all the pages in your website to a new
theme or layout with one click. Nice! Just remember to test it on one page
before you get carried away with this powerful feature. Remember if you mess
up, you can always exit without saving the new theme/layout.
